Charity running weekend in Sibiu launched in 2012 as SemiMaraton Sibiu and renamed when the 42 km marathon was added in 2017; runners pick a community project that their entry fee supports, and the 2025 edition drew a record 10,475 adults, teenagers and children across eleven races.
