Trail races through the forests and gently rolling paths of the Coëvrons region, starting and finishing at the Gué de Selle site in Mézangers, Mayenne (53). Three distances: 8km, 20km and 50km, mostly on forest tracks and trails with only around 2km of road on the 20km and 50km routes. The 50km route passes through the Montaigu and Mont-Rochard hills.
