A run on the runway of Essen/Mülheim airport, on a flat 2.5 km loop with no climbs and no tight bends, finishing inside the WDL airship hangar. Distances from 400 m for children up to 10 km, plus a four-person relay. Places are limited to 1,500 across all races.
