A point-to-point marathon from Leipzig to Halle (Saale) across two Bundesländer, on the course where the first German marathon championship was run in 1925. The half marathon, 10 km and 2.7 km all start and finish on the Marktplatz in Halle.

Fees step at 31 January, 15 June and 21 September 2026, with a late-entry rate after that. The half-marathon relay takes no late entries. Cancellation cover costs 5 EUR extra at entry.
