Day 4 of the six-day, 256-mile CYMRUN end-to-end challenge across Wales, this 46-mile stage follows National Cycle Route 8 from Llanidloes to Glasbury via Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells, with about 4,170ft of ascent. It is named after Pendragon, the Welsh 'chief warrior' title borne by King Arthur's father Uther.
