The Košice Peace Marathon (Medzinárodný maratón mieru) is an early-October marathon on a World Athletics and AIMS certified city circuit starting and finishing on Hlavná ulica in Košice, with a half marathon, relay, handbike and inline races, organised by Maratónsky klub Košice.

Fees step at 31 March, 30 June and 31 August 2026. Relay fees are per team member for a team of four. Handbike entry is free; inline entry costs 50 EUR and needs a qualifying time.
