A marathon starting and finishing at the Queimódromo in Porto's City Park, following the Douro riverfront and crossing the Dom Luís I Bridge into Vila Nova de Gaia, with a coastal stretch towards Matosinhos and Leixões. It is the only race in Portugal certified for European and World Championship qualifying times.
